6 artists from the USA (Cincinnati), 6 from China VR (Liuzhou/Nanning) and 6 from from Germany (Munich) each create a picture in the portrait format 27.9 x 21 cm. The pictures are scanned and printed. Every artist receives 12 prints from the other countries. Example: Each Chinese artists receives prints of the pictures from the USA and from Germany.
Then the foreign works are reworked. The works from every country have common features. Hence, the artists do not only look into other artist's personalities, but also into the specific cultural features. They appropriate the strange and create something new from it.
